Refund Policy

Summary

• Every purchase goes through an app store. Google Play, the Apple App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store or Huawei AppGallery takes your payment, so refunds go through that store first.
• On Google Play, within 48 hours of buying, you can ask Google for a refund directly.
• After that, or for any problem, email contact@tangledspy.com and we will help.
• If a purchase doesn't work, we put it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer.

What this policy covers

This policy covers purchases in apps published by Tangledspy Technologies LLP, including:

• Remove ads in ClipCove — a one-time purchase that removes ads;
• Aquamark Pro, which unlocks Aquamark's premium watermark designs;
• in-app purchases and subscriptions in our other apps and games.

Prices are shown in the store before you buy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. How we handle purchase records is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds by store

Google Play

Google Play processes the payment for purchases made through it.

• Within 48 hours of purchase: request a refund from Google Play — in the Play Store, open your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history, or use Google Play's refund request page. Google decides these requests under its own refund policy.
• After 48 hours: email us. We consider requests where you were charged but the purchase didn't work, even after restoring it; where you were charged more than once; or where the purchase was made by mistake or without your permission, for example by a child — please tell us quickly. Approved refunds are issued through Google Play to your original payment method.

Apple App Store

Apple handles all App Store refunds; we cannot issue them ourselves. Request one through Apple's Report a Problem page. If you have trouble, email us and we will help where we can.

Samsung Galaxy Store and Huawei AppGallery

Each store handles refunds for purchases made through it, under its own refund policy. Contact the store first; if it cannot help, email us.

Subscriptions

If an app offers a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel.

• To cancel, use your app store's subscription settings — on Google Play, Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; on iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

Restoring a purchase

If you reinstall an app or change phones, sign in to the same store account and use Restore purchase in the app. You don't pay again.

Your statutory rights

These rights apply in addition to everything above.

• European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom: you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. When you buy through an app store, you agree that the content is supplied immediately, which ends the right to withdraw once supply starts. You keep the right to a remedy — repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund — if the content is faulty or not as described.
• India: your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 apply. If a purchase is deficient, contact us or our Grievance Officer — see Contact and grievances. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
• Australia: the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a refund for a major failure.
• Everywhere: nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

How to contact us

Email contact@tangledspy.com with the subject line "Refund", and include:

• the app's name;
• your order number — on Google Play it starts with GPA.;
• the date of purchase, and what went wrong.

We usually reply within 2 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Changes never reduce refunds for purchases you have already made.
