How we handle complaints

1. Email us with your name, a description of the problem and any useful details, such as the app's name or your order number.
2. We confirm we have received it within 48 hours — and, for UK data protection complaints, within 30 days at the latest.
3. We investigate and tell you the outcome, and what we did, within one month.
